Psychological Safety seems far from the consciousness of many organisations in our country and those who are familiar with the concept struggle with implementation, reverting to the frustration of business-as-usual, self-impression management by employees instead of doing good work. At The GoodWork Society, we believe that fostering Psychological Safety is antecedent to good work and is the ethical responsibility of every organisation to strive to achieve it.
Not only can these organisations better harness their existing talents and support workplace culture that thrives but they can enrich the lives of their employees in that they can allow themselves the innate fallibility and curiosity of being human without unreasonable punitive repercussions.
For the first time ever, The GoodWork Society will take on a workshop format where you will be able to work with other participants to explore this topic. Real cases will be presented by our guest expert for you to assess then explore how you would design towards improving the emotional and psychological safety of that environment.
You will learn and have access to tools and methodologies that you can take back into your own workplace to start experimenting with your own team culture.
