The Case for GoodWork

For most South Africans work is dull, dirty or dangerous. Corporate Citizens which fail to invest in Quality of Work fail and those organisations which put purpose even over profit and invest in their human capital outperform those that don't.

We believe that it is time organisations were as sites of creativity, learning and fulfilment and not just a means to an end.

Get Involved

We can't win the war against bad work alone. If you would like to become a GWS organiser, extend The GWS to your hometown or would like to sponsor coffee to spur debate at our next event get involved.

Some of the conversations that would benefit from your attendance and input in the next community GWS gatherings include topics spanning how to support culture in mobile workforces to navigating psychological safety.
